Learning doesn’t happen only in classrooms.

It happens in conversations, in unfamiliar places, in moments of uncertainty—when

you’re listening more than talking and paying attention to what actually works in the real world.

These Field Notes are a record of that process.

As I travel, meet people, talk with educators, parents, students, builders, artists, and business owners, I’m documenting what I’m learning along the way. Not as finished answers—but as observations, questions, and ideas in motion.

This is also where the Learning Unbound curriculum takes shape.

Rather than being designed once and left untouched, it’s being built in real time—through experience, reflection, and adaptation. As the world changes, the learning has to change with it.

Some posts will be practical.

Some will be reflective.

Some will simply capture a moment or a question worth sitting with.

If you’re a parent, student, or fellow educator, you’re welcome to follow along.

This is what learning looks like when it’s allowed to stay alive.

Thanks for walking alongside the process.
